My office space is located inside of a larger building that houses other smalls businesses. The building is called Otto 79 located on the corner of E. Main St. and N. Cedar St. In Lititz. For better accuracy please refer to google maps versus other maps for directions. Parking meters on Main St. are $1/hour, please allow extra time for finding parking and walking into the building. 

 

There are two front doors to the building. Choose the Main one with the glass window. Come in the main front door and walk through the hallway to the lobby on the ground floor. I will meet you in the lobby a few minutes before your appointment and walk you up to my office. 

 

It's understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Clients who fail to show for their appointment will be considered a “no-show" and if there is no communication from the client regarding the missed appointment, it will impact their ability to book future appointments. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
