The office space is located inside a larger building that houses other small businesses. The building is called Otto 79, located on the corner of E. Main St. and N. Cedar St. in Lititz. For better accuracy please refer to google maps versus other maps for directions. Parking meters on Main St. are approximately $1/hour, please allow extra time for finding parking and walking into the building.

 

There are two front doors to the building. Choose the Main one with the glass window. Come in the main front door and walk through the hallway to the lobby on the ground floor. I will meet you in the lobby a few minutes before your appointment and walk you up to my office. 

 

 

Late cancellations impact business costs and my ability to continue serving our community. Please take time to write down your appointment in preparation. We will both benefit from you showing up!

 

Minimum of 12-hours advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. In order to cover business costs, a $25 hospitality fee will be charged. One grace period will be granted. 

Late Arrivals
If arriving late, your session may need to be shortened. Generally if arriving later than 15 minutes, it would be best to reschedule. Regardless of the length of the session at that point, the full payment of the session is expected.
